Troubleshooting the phone charger

1. After charging the battery and power supply, the power indicator and test indicator light is on, while the charging and indicator light is not bright, and no voltage output can be charged to the battery. 

Analysis and maintenance: this kind of fault is more than the charger switch oscillator circuit is not working. During the actual maintenance, it was found that the switch tube VT2 and resistance R6 were the most damaged. In general, the voltage of the charging circuit of battery E is low, and the probability of the component damage is not very large, which is the probability that the circuit will be damaged after the switch transformer T1. 

2. After the battery and power supply is connected, the status indicators are normal, but it is not charged or charged.

Analysis and maintenance: this kind of fault is mainly triode VT3 (8550) damage, replace with normal tube, can eliminate the trouble. If the triode VT3 is normal, then the voltage-measuring capacitance C3 (100 mu F / 16V) can be used at both ends, normally at about 8.5 V. If the voltage is normal, the resistance R7 or integrated block IC1 should be checked, and the normal parameters of the integrated block IC1 pins are shown in the attached table. If the voltage is low, then the test switch transformer T1 secondary output voltage, normally about 5.5 V. If the voltage is normal, the capacitance C3 or the rectifier diode VD3 is damaged; If the voltage is low, the switch transformer T1 and its former components should be checked.
